Specialist Nourhane handled my treatment. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very precise in her assessment. What stood out was the accuracy of her recommendations. She understood exactly what my skin needed and tailored the session accordingly, without unnecessary additions.

It is rare to see immediate, visible improvement after a single session, but the results were noticeable right away. My skin looked balanced, refreshed, and significantly improved.

Dr. Basma is simply the best. She has been my doctor for a long time, and I follow her wherever she practices because I completely trust her expertise and care. The Face Clinic always provides a calm, comfortable, and very professional experience.

The staff are exceptional — starting from the reception team, especially George and the female receptionist next to him, who are always smiling, welcoming, and speaking so kindly. The nurses are also extremely helpful, caring, and professional.

Love the services at the clinic. And i love the staff here, from the moment i walk in i get welcomed and greeted, even when i do my therapy the therapists are very welcoming and gentle, all the way to the end! Would definitely recommend for physio!
