The clinic itself is decent, especially for the prices, which is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

This was my second time booking a laser session with Joyce. The first time was already unpleasant, but I decided to give her another chance — which turned out to be a mistake. She shaves very aggressively, in a rough and careless manner, and her overall attitude feels uninterested and unprofessional, as if she’s forced to be there.

What made the situation worse was what happened afterward. When I showed the burn to the receptionists, there was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no sense of concern. The response was simply “apply aloe vera,” delivered in a completely unbothered way. That level of dismissiveness is extremely unprofessional, especially when a client is visibly injured.

On the other hand, Vinish was by far the best technician at this clinic. She was gentle, attentive, and genuinely cared about her clients’ comfort. It’s very disappointing that her contract has ended.

I truly hope the clinic takes feedback seriously and improves both technical standards and customer care. Show less »

So what happened is the doctor didn’t wear a mask neither did the nurse. Ofc I asked them too and the doctor LAUGHED and told the nurse. Then said maybe bc of covid , I told her no you should wear.

First of all I don’t wanna deal with people’s breath and also during these procedures we always make sure to wear a mask ESPECIALLY IF SHE WAS A DOCTOR.
IT WAS VERY SHOCKING really that I personally had to tell her.

Adding up, when she was cleaning the area she USED ALCOHOL PADS literally AROUND THE EYES,, even the kids know they shouldn’t put it around the eyes even if it’s for hygienic reasons. When I asked her she said no it’s fine or smth.

When I went to tell the receptionist as soon as she sensed I was abt to complaint she was immediately of course on the doctors side and said “ it cleans it better”, It does but you should look for other stuff to be using around the eyes. So basically they don’t care 🙃

I don’t know how can they be comfortably rude laughing and not being careful like that smn should check this place. Even if the doctor changed the vibe is still there they are comfortable talking or acting however they like. Show less »

She was the hair removal specialist I received. She kept taking it slow making sure I was comfortable. She is highly recommended for any first timers. I am happy with the overall experience at the clinic. The reception ladies are professional, friendly and reliable.
