Been visiting them for the third time for my session for rf microneedling and salmon DNA paid full price upfront and the price is quite high as the doctor suggested it is effective and until now I didn’t see any result as my sun spots didn’t fade and my acne marks still there. During the appointment, I felt that the doctor was more focused on adding extra sessions and procedures to increase the cost rather than concentrating on the quality of care. At the time of booking, I was told that one session would be enough to achieve the desired result. Upon my arrival before started the session the doctor started to explain to me what I was going to do, he said many things, I told him let’s go with what I booked for at the end of the session went out for payment I was so shocked with the price they asked me to pay this was so ridiculous and disappointing

Quality of care* – The dental work was extremely painful and far below the standard I have experienced in previous treatments. I have had multiple dental procedures without any discomfort, but this one caused unbearable pain and discomfort

While Dr. Rama is amazing, and the nurses are very kind and sweet, the receptionists and people managing appointments are the biggest red flag about this place.

They would also confirm one thing when you are there to pay for a package, assure you flexibility, but once you pay you will just have to deal with a rude treatment disguised in fake smiles. They will even accuse you of lying about any flexibility they first confirmed.

Seeing previous comments and reviews, it seems that I’m no exception, everyone is having the same complaints.

I hope the management takes people’s feedback seriously or they will just make more disappointed customers. Show less »

However I found the laser treatment itself *completely ineffective.* After just 2 sessions here I had hair growing in places I never had it before & noticed no decrease in hair growth otherwise. This isn’t my first time getting laser done so I can tell when a session is effective.

Also annoyed with my technician today; I had her for the first time & told her it’s more painful than usual. She made no attempt to go slower, reduce the frequency, put on a soothing gel, or just say a kind word to make me comfortable. She literally shrugged and stood there yawning.

I was also told of a new policy today that numbing cream costs an additional 30 AED - a negligible amount but seems like an off putting money grab.

This was the cheapest laser package I found, and I guess I got what I paid for. Just keep your expectations low. Show less »

When that's done and i tried booking one facial session at a time, they kept messing up my schedule and i will only know about the mess the day before my appointment when i have planned my day already. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is extremely uncooperative, unprofessional, and rude. Their attitude completely changes once you make the payment, before that, they’ll talk very sweetly and promise amazing results, but after you pay, they stop caring about your comfort or satisfaction.

The treatments show absolutely no results, and when you try to raise your concerns, they either ignore you or make excuses. The staff miscommunicates information just to get you to buy more packages, and it feels like they’re only interested in making money, not helping clients.

Even simple customer service or follow-up is missing, once your payment is done, you’re on your own. Such poor behavior and lack of transparency make this place completely unreliable. Please save your money and go somewhere that actually values their clients and delivers what they promise. Show less »

I purchased a package that included two fat-freezing and ten slimming sessions. When I was about to finish my last session and tried to confirm with the receptionist, they suddenly told me that I was already starting a new package. I was completely shocked — how is that even possible? Everything here is paid upfront before starting a package, so how could they start a new one without confirming with me or asking for payment first?

I even showed them my full record of appointments, but after checking together, it turned out that their records were wrong. It’s ridiculous that a place with so many receptionists can’t keep track of basic client information or schedules properly.

On top of that, the slimming and fat-freezing treatments didn’t seem effective at all — I noticed no real results. Overall, this place feels disorganized and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend it to anyone. Show less »
