From the moment you walk in, you immediately notice the welcoming atmosphere and the high standards of hygiene.

This was my third visit to the clinic, and once again, I was extremely satisfied with my experience.
The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional.
The clinic is modern, spotless, and makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning.
I would especially like to highlight Dr. Saima, who is kind, caring, and highly experienced. She takes the time to provide a thorough consultation and explains everything clearly, making you feel completely comfortable and in safe hands.
I also found the pricing to be fair and transparent.

Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to both residents and tourists.
I come back again and always feel exceptionally well looked after

I recently visited Nova Clinic located in Palm Jumeirah Mall on Level 1, right next to the main entrance, and the entire experience was excellent from the moment I arrived. The clinic is very easy to access and simple to find, which already makes the visit stress-free and comfortable.

The staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself is very clean, spacious, and beautifully organized. I also really liked that they have separate waiting areas for men and women, with refreshments available, educational newspapers and brochures, as well as easy access to information about all the treatments and services they offer. Everything feels thoughtfully organized and comfortable for patients.

I had a Hydrafacial treatment with Judy, and it was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely detailed, professional, and attentive throughout the entire treatment. The facial consisted of several different steps, and each one felt carefully done and explained properly. You can truly feel the difference when someone knows exactly what they are doing.

I will definitely be coming back again and would happily recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a real, high-quality Hydrafacial experience at a price that is still affordable and worth it. Show less »

I DO NOT recommend getting a GENETIC TEST at this clinic. I had my test done on February 24, 2026, and was told the results would take a maximum of 4–6 weeks, as the samples are sent to the USA (for some reason). Today is exactly 6 weeks, and I still have not received any results.

The clinic has been unable to provide a clear timeline and instead keeps sending long, AI-generated WhatsApp messages.

It's also worth noting that payment is required UPFRONT on the day of the test, and the price here is significantly higher-about double-compared to other clinics in Dubai offering the same service.

I chose this clinic because it's close to my home and assumed that paying more would mean faster results and better service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The service has been average at best, and the clinic did not even inform me about the delay, I had to follow up myself.

I will not return and would NOT recommend this clinic to others. I plan to use a different clinic for future tests for my family. Show less »

I had the HydraFacial today with therapist Ana and the experience was amazing! My skin feels so clean, fresh and glowing. Ana was very professional, gentle, and explained every step, which made me feel super comfortable.

The clinic is beautiful, modern and extremely clean you can tell they really care about hygiene and patient comfort. The reception team was very polite and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxing from the moment I walked in.

I had an incredibly pleasant consultation yesterday at The Nova Clinic The Palm for a breast augmentation. My appointment was with Dr. Timm Wolter, and from the very beginning he made me feel very well taken care of. He took plenty of time to explain everything from A to Z: the brand of the implants, the different treatment options, and what would work best for my body.

I was also able to try different sizes, which helped me see what suited me best. What I appreciated most was his honesty and the clear, professional answers he gave to all of my questions.

The best part was that I could express myself in Dutch whenever I had trouble finding the right words in English. Since he speaks multiple languages, I felt even more understood and completely at ease.

The 42°C warmth during procedure boosts collagen for a subtly lifted look, I was guided that opting for 6 sessions could keep the perked look defined for the whole year.
