Thank you for your response of my previous review, since there is no option to reply for your comment I would like to share clarification.

First of all I must clarify that the consultation was not provided properly.

I was informed by the doctor that the skin reaction would subside within maximum 2–3 days. As of today, it has been 6 days since the laser tattoo removal procedure, and my condition has not improved. This outcome is not consistent with what was explained to me prior to the treatment and indicates that the consultation and expectations were not accurately communicated.

Due to this situation and for health and safety reasons, I decided not to proceed with the remaining sessions. I requested a refund for the three sessions that were not performed. This request is reasonable, as no service was provided for these sessions.

In addition, I sent an official written complaint via email to Adam and Eve management requesting a refund. To date, I have not received any response. The absence of any acknowledgment or reply is highly unprofessional.

Holding payment for services that were not delivered is unacceptable and does not align with basic standards of professional or ethical practice. I am not disputing that one session was performed; my request strictly concerns the unused sessions.

I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and the refund for the unused sessions to be processed without further delay. I remain open to resolving this issue professionally and amicably. Show less »

I get my laser treatments done at this place and it’s really great. Shaima, the receptionist, is wonderful and always goes above and beyond to help clients. Jane, the laser technician, is extremely professional.
The only downside is the parking, it’s always a hassle.

My go-to clinic. Great staff, great nurses and great drs. I go for my usual tattoo removal and laser sessions and I must say the service is top notch! Highly recommend 🙏🏼✨

I got my procedure done with Ms. Hazel and she is fabulous! Very kind and extremely gentle with her work. The place is great , well set-up and the staff is very polite and skilled. I would recommend everyone to visit there for any skin concerns.

I went for the hydro cool facial it was absolutely amazing! The staff are true professionals. What I loved also was that you can use tabby and it makes it convenient to purchase. The facial was really refreshing and left my skin hydrated. Highly recommend it.
