I had a great experience with VLCC for slimming treatments. I can honestly say I have seen real results and I’m very satisfied. All the staff are very kind and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Asma and Ms. Zainab for their exceptional care and constant attention to patients.

I am very disappointed with the dermatology service here. They claim there is a dermatologist, but honestly, I did not feel any professional service at all. The treatment felt cheaply done, like they really cut corners. not even a basic steamer for the face, and so many steps were skipped. Considering how expensive they charge, the service is absolutely not worth it.

Worse, instead of seeing improvement, my skin condition became worse. My pimples only got worse after the procedure. The staff were also showed no real care for patients. It even made me wonder if they treated me that way because of discrimination, which makes the experience even more upsetting.

For such a high price, I expected proper treatment and professionalism, but I left feeling cheated and frustrated.

Definitely not recommended. Show less »
