After booking I went in for 2nd appointment she did basic or maybe not even basic pack/ scrub and 2 minutes massage on my face. Called it Hydrafacial she thinks because im Indian she can fool me. I can clearly see them being bias with customers based on nationality. I rebooked appointment for Hydrafacial that I had to cancel for some reason, I kept calling them multiple times to rebook, They don’t have decency to even follow up. I would like to tell all other customers beware of VLCC Al Ain maybe if you’re Arabic you can deal with them, but if you’re not. You’re at the wrong place. Show less »

She does her work really well and makes sure that i am comfortable and genuinely cares that i lose weight. I have lost fat and gained muscles which helped me feel more active and not get fat back. I am very disappointed with the dermatology service here. They claim there is a dermatologist, but honestly, I did not feel any professional service at all. The treatment felt cheaply done, like they really cut corners. not even a basic steamer for the face, and so many steps were skipped. Considering how expensive they charge, the service is absolutely not worth it.

Worse, instead of seeing improvement, my skin condition became worse. My pimples only got worse after the procedure. The staff were also showed no real care for patients. It even made me wonder if they treated me that way because of discrimination, which makes the experience even more upsetting.

For such a high price, I expected proper treatment and professionalism, but I left feeling cheated and frustrated.
