At first, I was a bit skeptical, but Asma was extremely sweet, helpful, and patient with all the questions I had. She made me feel comfortable and confident enough to book the package on the spot without hesitation. Even now, she remains very friendly and always makes sure clients are satisfied with their results.

The nurses, Jayne, Anne, and Genevieve, were also incredibly kind and supportive. They guide you through every session and explain how each treatment helps with the slimming journey.

Honestly, I have no negative comments about the environment at VLCC Al Ain. The staff are extremely friendly, the place feels welcoming, and they offer amazing packages. I would definitely recommend them. Show less »

I am very disappointed with the dermatology service here. They claim there is a dermatologist, but honestly, I did not feel any professional service at all. The treatment felt cheaply done, like they really cut corners. not even a basic steamer for the face, and so many steps were skipped. Considering how expensive they charge, the service is absolutely not worth it.

Worse, instead of seeing improvement, my skin condition became worse. My pimples only got worse after the procedure. The staff were also showed no real care for patients. It even made me wonder if they treated me that way because of discrimination, which makes the experience even more upsetting.

For such a high price, I expected proper treatment and professionalism, but I left feeling cheated and frustrated.
