From the first consultation, Dr. Rubina was professional and informative. She took the time to assess my hair condition, explain how PRP works, and set realistic expectations instead of overpromising results. I appreciated her honest approach, especially since hair treatments can take time and consistency.

The procedure itself was smoother than I expected. She and her team maintained a clean and comfortable environment, and they made sure I was at ease throughout the session.

I only decided to write this review after completing two sessions, as I wanted to truly see the difference the treatment would make on my deep acne scars.

From the moment I arrived at You New Polyclinic, Dr. Ahmad was very concise, honest, and professional in explaining the treatment plan. He made it clear that treating deep acne scars requires a series of sessions—not just a one-time procedure—which I really appreciated as it set realistic expectations.

He carefully walked me through each step of the treatment, including what he was about to do and the proper aftercare, which made me feel confident and well taken care of.

After just two sessions of subcision with PRP, the improvement has been remarkable—my deep scars are now almost unnoticeable. I still have one more session to go, and I’m genuinely excited to see the final results.

I also want to highlight that their services are very affordable considering the doctor’s expertise and the quality of care provided.

Two of the Nurses was fantastic with hospitality they’re always making sure you’re 100% comfortable from the treatment.

I have gone to several doctors and they all are very surprised by the lack of skill of the surgeon who performed this surgery on me. Even when he was taking the stitches out, he actually left 1 suture in my arm which caused my skin to become to inflamed after a couple of weeks. I mean I am so appalled by the results that I asked the clinic for a refund however they told me that Dr Roomi has left and a new owner has taken over. I do not believe anything one bit.
