I really like Obagi Center and have always had a good experience here, but I was very, very disappointed today. I had an appointment, and they even called to confirm it and reminded me to make sure I arrive on time. I did exactly that — I arrived on time — but then they told me I had to wait because the doctor had another patient and “she might take a while.”
If that’s the case, why insist that I come on time? It’s frustrating to be punctual and still have to wait without any consideration. I truly hope they improve their appointment management because this was disappointing. Show less »

I’m truly disappointed this isn’t the first or second time, but multiple times now my appointment has been delayed by over an hour without any apology or valid explanation. If you’re looking for peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
