I am writing this review to share a deeply disappointing experience I had with Al Rustom clinic in Dubai. As a seasoned marketing expert with over 25 years of experience, I entered into what I believed was a mutually respectful professional relationship with their team.

Over the course of four months, I provided Al Rustom Clinic with strategic marketing direction, brand guidance, concept development, and advisory services—all delivered in good faith and with full transparency. Despite their continuous engagement, meetings, input requests, and discussions, the clinic ultimately dismissed the entire process by stating that "no contract was signed" and thus refused to acknowledge the value of the services they extensively used.

To all in the field: I advise you not to share any solutions, ideas, plans, or deliverables unless you are fully paid in advance.

Ethics in business go beyond paperwork—they are about honoring time, effort, and trust. Sadly, this was not the case here. Show less »
