I visited Elyzee Hospital twice for aesthetic treatments with Dr. Hamda Almarzooqi, and unfortunately, I left both times feeling very disappointed.
The most frustrating part was the long waiting time – the doctor was late by almost an hour on both visits, and it was treated like something normal (“adi”). No apology or explanation was given, and this kind of delay is simply unprofessional.
I originally came for a glow injection, but during the appointment, the doctor decided to give me additional collagen injections without properly explaining or asking for my full consent. I wasn’t told in advance what exactly would be injected, what the effects could be, or what to expect after. She mentioned these injections would help with the glow, but after the treatment, I had visible swelling and inflammation in my face.
When I tried to explain my concerns, it felt like she wasn’t really listening. She kept saying “everything is okay” and spoke very quickly, left the room before finishing our conversation, and didn’t properly guide me on what to do next. I even had to refuse her recommendation to take cortisol, as I didn’t feel comfortable, and she later wrote in my file that I refused, but again, this wasn’t something discussed clearly beforehand.
Now I’ve been told it may take up to a month to recover from the reaction, which I wasn’t warned about. The whole experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and focused more on selling treatments than caring for the patient.
I’m sharing this review not to be negative, but in hopes that the clinic improves time management, transparency, and professional care. Clients deserve clear information and respectful communication, especially when it comes to their face and health
