My mother had Pico laser treatment at Enfield Medical Clinic to treat her hyperpigmentation, but unfortunately the treatment made her pigmentation significantly worse instead of improving it.

The emotional and financial impact has been devastating. We are now spending over AED 70,000 on treatments to try to correct the damage and restore her skin.

What made this experience even more disappointing was the lack of follow-up from the clinic. I called several times to raise our concerns, and each time I was told that the issue would be escalated and that someone would contact us. Despite these repeated assurances, no one ever called us back or followed up in any way.

I understand that every patient’s skin can respond differently to treatment, but I expected the clinic to take our concerns seriously, communicate with us, and provide appropriate support after the outcome we experienced. Instead, we felt ignored.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Enfield Medical Clinic. I hope they improve not only their patient care and communication but also the way they handle concerns when a patient reports a serious complication. Show less »

I had an excellent experience at Enfield Royal Clinic Abu Dhabi. The clinic is clean, professional, and well organized.

It’s been 4 months since I got my hair transplant, and I wanted to share my experience.

I’ll start with the negatives.

1. I didn’t really like how they handled the communication, especially when it came to timing.
2. The procedure took around 9–10 hours, so you need to be mentally prepared. There are a lot of injections, and you’ll definitely feel some discomfort and pain.

Now for the positives.

1. I’m very happy with the results so far, especially since it’s only been 4 months. I can already see a big difference, and I’m excited to see how it looks after 6 months and beyond.
2. The nurses were amazing and very supportive throughout the whole process. I don’t remember her name, but I believe one of the nurses was Palestinian, and she did an incredible job. I’m really happy with her work.

I’d also like to thank the doctors. Standing and working for 9–10 hours straight is not easy, and I truly appreciate all the effort they put in.
