I recently had a DHI Robotic Hair Transplant at Este Medical Group and wanted to share my experience.

From the first consultation through to the procedure and post-operative care, the team was professional, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. Having a hair transplant can be a big decision, and what stood out to me was how well they explained each step of the process and managed expectations throughout. I signed up upon doing the free consultation because they truly closed all the gaps and points there were on my mind.

The surgery itself was well organised, and the aftercare has been excellent. The team guided me through the recovery period with regular follow-ups, hair washes, treatments, and clear instructions on what to expect during healing.

A special thank you to Sam, Paulina, Dragana, Talar, and the entire Este Medical team for their care, professionalism, and support throughout the journey. As someone who naturally asks a lot of questions and likes to understand every detail, I appreciated how patient and responsive everyone was from start to finish.

I'm currently 10 days post-op, healing well, and looking forward to seeing the final results over the coming months. Based on my experience so far, I would happily recommend Este Medical Group to anyone in Dubai considering a 7 star service and hair transplant. When I first heard about the DHI hair transplant at Este Medical Clinic, I was very skeptical. I had previously undergone an FUE procedure elsewhere and was not happy with the results at all.

After doing more research and seeing the results that two close friends of mine achieved through the DHI procedure, I decided to book a consultation with Este.

From day one, my experience was excellent. During my consultation, Maryam was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. After the consultation, I decided to move forward with the procedure.

Prior to the surgery, I received detailed instructions and continuous follow-up from the team to properly prepare me.

On the day of the procedure, I was picked up and dropped off by the Este team. The surgery itself was completely pain-free compared to my previous FUE experience, and everything was handled in a very professional manner.

It has now been four months since my procedure, and I am honestly blown away by the results so far. Everyone who knew me before has been impressed with the progress, including my barber, who couldn’t believe the transformation.

The staff have been consistently professional and welcoming. Every visit to the clinic includes great care, coffee, water, and a friendly atmosphere. A special mention to Nurse Luna, and also Paulina, who regularly checks in on my progress via text and always takes time during follow-up visits to ensure everything is going well.

I also want to give a special thank you to Arda for the support throughout the process.

I am now nearing the end of my 10 day hair transplant journey with Este Dubai clinic and I can say I am more than delighted. I underwent the Robotic DHI hair procedure for full scalp coverage. Going into the surgery, I was nervous but I now know there was nothing to worry about. The surgery was pain free and smooth.
The recovery has been good so far barring some tightness in the head which is expected. The oxygen therapy was really good and helped faster recovery. The hair washes were done daily at the clinic by professionals which took away the stress of aftercare. The team at Este were with me every step of the way.

I would like to thank Mr. Sam who was closely involved in the process and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome. It shows that he truly is concerned about the quality of care provided to patients.

I would also like to thank Paulina and Deena, they were so warm, approachable and professional. They assisted me and guided me every step of the way, and were always there to help at any given time.

I would also like to thank the surgical team and also the nurses who cared for me everyday. Every staff member at the clinic was wonderful and hospitable. I now feel as though I am part of the Este family.

I am looking forward to seeing my results in the next 1 year and will be continuing ongoing treatment at Este London clinic.

After researching several clinics, I chose their Gold Package, which includes lifetime aftercare and follow-up treatments scheduled over the next 5 years. That long-term support was a big reason for my decision.

The clinic truly feels like a 7-star facility (I honestly would give it 7 stars myself if Google allowed it hihi). It’s very clean, professional, and extremely well organized. The whole team, from the surgeons to the nurses and assistants, were incredibly friendly and made the entire procedure very comfortable.

Very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend Este Medical Group to anyone considering a hair transplant in Dubai.

A huge credit has to go to the CEO, Sam, who personally oversaw my transplant and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out was how involved he was in my recovery as well. He checked in with me every single day during my post-op aftercare, which made a massive difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients and results.

The medical team and nurses were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, reassuring, and highly professional throughout the whole procedure. They explained every step clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and created a really relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and well organised, which also gave me a lot of confidence in the process. The aftercare support has been excellent, and I always felt like I could reach out if I had any questions.

From the consultation day, everything was handled in a very professional and reassuring manner. The team took the time to explain the entire process in detail, including the differences between the available techniques, what would suit my case best, and a clear timeline of the procedure and recovery. This level of transparency and knowledge immediately built my confidence.

On the day of the procedure, the experience exceeded my expectations. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Every small detail was taken care of, and you could clearly see how well-coordinated and experienced the medical team was. Their calm approach and constant care made me feel safe and confident throughout the surgery.

The post-surgery care was equally impressive. I visited the clinic every other day for hair washing and oxygen chamber sessions to support recovery. Each visit involved careful checks, clear updates on my progress, and honest guidance on what to expect next. The team consistently made sure everything was healing normally and reassured me at every step.

Up until the scab removal day (10 days post-surgery), the team remained in close contact, constantly checking on me and ensuring that the recovery process was healthy and on track.

On a personal level, the care, attention, and kindness I received exceeded all my expectations. I honestly did not expect to find such a high standard of respect, empathy, and genuine concern for the patient.

I was very hesitant and anxious before undergoing the procedure, as this was my second hair transplant and my first experience elsewhere was not comfortable at all. However, after seeing how professional and reassuring the clinic and its team were, I felt confident to proceed.

Choosing this clinic turned out to be the best gift I have ever given myself. I am truly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment.

After long time of reasearch and many consultations at a lot of different clinics I finally found my place at Este Medical Group Dubai. This is the only clinic in Dubai that made me comfortable with my decision.

Starting with my first visit, I came for consultation and from the minute I stepped to the clinic I had a warm welcome from the staff and I was offered a coffee which is one of the nicest coffee’s I had- they make sure the experience is personal and customised from the start so I got served a coffee with my name on it- that’s already a great first impression.

Consultation with Deena was informative and thorough- she is amazing at what she does and I’m glad I met her- all my questions and concerns were handled in the most professional yet comforting way.

What made me choose Este above all other clinics is the robotic DHI hair transplant method and the patient care they don’t rush into the surgery and prepare a customised plan with preparation and great post care. The whole nursing team explained each step of the process carefully and made sure I was informed through out my preparation.

On the surgery day all staff was simply incredible. The procedure itself was completely pain free, smooth, and surprisingly comfortable. I came to the surgery nervous and worried but not for too long thanks to their professionalism and kindness. I managed to get over 7k grafts in one surgery I was so impressed with the outcome!

I have to say, Este Medical Group truly stands out as one of the most luxurious and professional clinics in Dubai. They offer exceptional service and a wide range of high-end treatments for the face, body, and hair. They even has its own barista cafe inside the clinic a rare and thoughtful touch that adds to the overall luxury experience.

I’ve personally experienced several procedures, including oxygen machine therapy—a game changer for boosting oxygen levels, especially vital during Dubai’s intense summer. Their IV drips are among the best I’ve tried, and I’ve also undergone salmon DNA treatments for hair growth along with other advanced skincare procedures. The results speak for themselves.
