I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Este Medical Group Dubai for the exceptional care and support I received while visiting Dubai from the Nottingham branch in the UK for my treatment.

From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making the experience smooth and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit.

I would especially like to highlight Melanie, who was truly outstanding. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I felt comfortable and supported. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference and turned my experience into a very positive one.

I had an excellent experience with Este Medical from start to finish, and I’m genuinely happy with my decision to choose them for my hair transplant procedure.

From the consultation day, everything was handled in a very professional and reassuring manner. The team took the time to explain the entire process in detail, including the differences between the available techniques, what would suit my case best, and a clear timeline of the procedure and recovery. This level of transparency and knowledge immediately built my confidence.

On the day of the procedure, the experience exceeded my expectations. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Every small detail was taken care of, and you could clearly see how well-coordinated and experienced the medical team was. Their calm approach and constant care made me feel safe and confident throughout the surgery.

The post-surgery care was equally impressive. I visited the clinic every other day for hair washing and oxygen chamber sessions to support recovery. Each visit involved careful checks, clear updates on my progress, and honest guidance on what to expect next. The team consistently made sure everything was healing normally and reassured me at every step.

Up until the scab removal day (10 days post-surgery), the team remained in close contact, constantly checking on me and ensuring that the recovery process was healthy and on track.

Honestly, I feel even more confident now about my decision to choose Este Medical. The professionalism, care, and attention I received truly stand out. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results and will definitely keep you posted on the outcomes.

On a personal level, the care, attention, and kindness I received exceeded all my expectations. I honestly did not expect to find such a high standard of respect, empathy, and genuine concern for the patient.

I was very hesitant and anxious before undergoing the procedure, as this was my second hair transplant and my first experience elsewhere was not comfortable at all. However, after seeing how professional and reassuring the clinic and its team were, I felt confident to proceed.

Choosing this clinic turned out to be the best gift I have ever given myself. I am truly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment.

After long time of reasearch and many consultations at a lot of different clinics I finally found my place at Este Medical Group Dubai. This is the only clinic in Dubai that made me comfortable with my decision.

Starting with my first visit, I came for consultation and from the minute I stepped to the clinic I had a warm welcome from the staff and I was offered a coffee which is one of the nicest coffee’s I had- they make sure the experience is personal and customised from the start so I got served a coffee with my name on it- that’s already a great first impression.

Consultation with Deena was informative and thorough- she is amazing at what she does and I’m glad I met her- all my questions and concerns were handled in the most professional yet comforting way.

What made me choose Este above all other clinics is the robotic DHI hair transplant method and the patient care they don’t rush into the surgery and prepare a customised plan with preparation and great post care. The whole nursing team explained each step of the process carefully and made sure I was informed through out my preparation.

On the surgery day all staff was simply incredible. The procedure itself was completely pain free, smooth, and surprisingly comfortable. I came to the surgery nervous and worried but not for too long thanks to their professionalism and kindness. I managed to get over 7k grafts in one surgery I was so impressed with the outcome!

I wanted to express my appreciation to the whole team at Este. Special thank you to the best surgery team I could ask for. Cagla Ibrahim Shena Jasmine Jay Christine you are truly amazing! Thank you to Paulina who’s leading the hair transplant department for coordinating my journey so smoothly, all the sweet and lovely nurses Daphne Maddy Mike and Luna for the care during my recovery and also Sara Maya Gerlie and Dragana for organising all of my appointments.

Last but not least something I didn’t expect but was so impressed Mr. Sam the CEO of Este who was checking on me at the clinic pretty much all of my days of recovery and making sure I am fine.

I have to say, Este Medical Group truly stands out as one of the most luxurious and professional clinics in Dubai. They offer exceptional service and a wide range of high-end treatments for the face, body, and hair. They even has its own barista cafe inside the clinic a rare and thoughtful touch that adds to the overall luxury experience.

I’ve personally experienced several procedures, including oxygen machine therapy—a game changer for boosting oxygen levels, especially vital during Dubai’s intense summer. Their IV drips are among the best I’ve tried, and I’ve also undergone salmon DNA treatments for hair growth along with other advanced skincare procedures. The results speak for themselves.

A special thank you to Dr. Heda—her professionalism, skill, and genuine care are unmatched. When you’re treated by her, you truly feel you’re in safe and expert hands. I fully trust her and highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality care and visible results.
