I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. First, I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before being seen. Then I was taken into the treatment room, where the numbing cream was applied for my Botox procedure. After that, I was left waiting for over an hour without anyone checking on me or explaining the delay.

The appointment scheduling and time management are extremely poor. Patients’ time should be respected, and this level of delay is simply unacceptable. I hope the clinic improves its organization and scheduling so future patients don’t have the same experience. Show less »

If I could I would leave 0 stars. I booked my first Botox and filler appointment with Dr Nashwa. My appointment was at 12.40, I reached 12.30. Waited 2 hour to see the doctor. The consultation was terrible. She didn’t take her time to explain what I needed and the procedure itself. Then numbing cream was put on which the nurse said needs to stay on for about 30 minutes. Once again I waited another hour and still the doctor was busy. I waited in total 3 hours before I decided to walk out without treatment as I felt disrespected and my time was wasted. If you want terrible customer service then this is the place for you. Show less »

The reception team are all very friendly and cooperative. They’re quick, organized, and always make the process smooth and easy every time I visit.

Even the coffee girl is so cheerful and welcoming — she always greets you with a smile and offers coffee, which adds such a nice touch to the whole experience ☕️🌸

Honestly the best laser service, I did my 3rd session of clarity 2 with Crisel and she is very professional and expert in her work I highly recommend her to do your laser. Overall the clinic are very nice and clean with the best customer service.

In addition to my unsatisfactory experience with this clinic at my first visit. I was meant to have a retouch appointment with the doctor since its part of my package that I paid for. When I was due for my appointment, I was informed that the doctor was away and that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I was okay with that, but instead of rescheduling, the clinic canceled my appointment completely. I tried following up multiple times, but no one responded, and as a result, the clinic didn't give me my re-touch. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I’ve been coming to this clinic for almost two years, and all the staff are great, but Maria is exceptional. She listens carefully, gives honest advice, and really knows how to do laser. She’s professional, understanding, and makes the experience comfortable every time.

They make you sign consent forms at the beginning of every laser session but signing these forms does not mean that I am signing away to get burnt. I was annoyed that I was rushed and didnt take my time in the consultation with the doctor . She didn’t give me my the dedicated time , maximum 3-4 mins and I didn’t have my privacy , other staff were there as well which made me uncomfortable as I had several private queries but I was rushed as the doctor wants to jump to the next client which made me unsat... My laser session with Maria was amazing! She’s very professional and precise with her work. I felt super comfortable during the session, and I could see great results even from the first time. She pays attention to every detail and does her job perfectly. Highly recommend her ❤️

I noticed a remarkable improvement in the clinic’s efficiency – all my procedures were completed in less than an hour. The staff were very cooperative and fast, and the doctor was extremely supportive in answering my questions with a very gentle hand. Overall, an excellent experience!
