Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a specific day and time, confirmed it through WhatsApp, and even called before coming. On the same day, they told me my appointment was actually a week later. I asked them to check our WhatsApp messages, but they kept telling me to ignore the WhatsApp chat!!!! and offered to give me a new date instead.

I am a busy woman with my own schedule — I don’t want to adjust to theirs, especially when we already agreed on a date. This is not the first time they’ve changed my appointment last minute. Completely unacceptable. Show less »

This is now not my first time that my laser session has been assigned to the wrong machine in this branch. I specifically use the Elite machine, yet my appointments keep getting scheduled on the Diode, without anyone properly reviewing my profile or treatment history. This is now not my first time that my laser session has been assigned to the wrong machine in this branch. I specifically use the Elite machine, yet my appointments keep getting scheduled on the Diode, without anyone properly reviewing my profile or treatment history.

Every time I bring it up, I’m told there’s a shortage of machines—but honestly, that’s not my responsibility. It’s part of the staff’s job to check which machine each client needs and make sure it’s available at the time of booking. If I wasn’t aware of the difference between machines, I could easily end up using a different one every session, which would make my results inconsistent and ineffective.

I also drive 30 minutes to attend these sessions, and I’m not going to leave without a treatment. If the Elite machine isn’t going to be available, then the appointment shouldn’t be booked at all. I would rather wait for a proper slot than waste my time. Booking appointments just to fill the calendar and take payments—without considering the client’s treatment plan—is simply not acceptable.

I’ve had enough of this disorganized process, and I will never visit the Abu Dhabi Mall branch again. Clients deserve better than this. Show less »

This review is also for Angelica who is a good person. She is also the technician who did my meso. She was thorough in cleaning the face before and intense with the treatment to the clients benefit. Which is perfect to see good results. I think she goes above and beyond. She wasn’t there just to deliver the service but to deliver value! I know this is going to be good few days later.

Oh and my favourite treatment with them is their metlite laser. Not every place has this.
