EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE (laser burns)

I had a laser hair removal session done all over my legs at this clinic and ended up with clear burns due to improper handling of the laser. The technician clearly did not know what she was doing.
After the session, I developed obvious burn symptoms and had to visit multiple doctors, all of whom confirmed that I sustained first-degree burns. Despite this, the clinic repeatedly tried to gaslight me, insisting that what I was experiencing was a “normal reaction”, which it absolutely was not.
What made this worse was the complete lack of accountability from the clinic and their doctor. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they continuously downplayed the injury, dismissed medical concerns, and showed no real concern for the physical or mental distress this caused.
On top of that, their time management and professionalism are extremely poor. I booked an appointment with their doctor at a specific time, received confirmation, and still had to wait 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment just to be seen. No consideration for my time or effort.
This experience was horrible both physically and mentally, especially coming from a place that markets itself as “prestige”. I expected professionalism, safety, and accountability, none of which were delivered.
I would not recommend this clinic. They have lost me as a client, and I genuinely hope others think twice before trusting them with their skin. Show less »

Disrespectful, dangerous and low quality

Went to Silkor Khalidiya Branch for appoitment of laser hair removal i already paid 6700 AED for, and it was a complete waste of time. They canceled my appointment after I'd already shown up! No apology, or at least heads up, just telling me after i already showed up that i should make a new appoitment.

The receptionists are so rude and disrespectful, their way of dealing with clients is abysmal and when i asked for a refund for a package worth 6700 aed, they told me they cant refund me for the package i already paid for.

Worst part: their laser machines are always breaking down and cancel appoitments, who knows if they're even maintaining this stuff? As this kind of tecnology is dangerous if not properly maintaned. Show less »

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The reception area was spotless and calming, which helped ease any initial nerves. Besides the warm welcoming of the Branch Manager - Mrs. Rebecca Rizk, my technician was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity.

The treatment itself was much more comfortable than I anticipated. The equipment used was state-of-the-art, and hygiene protocols were clearly a top priority. I appreciated the care taken to ensure my comfort and safety during each session.

After a few treatments, I've seen a noticeable reduction in hair growth, and the results are even and consistent. They also offered helpful aftercare instructions, which made a big difference in recovery time.
