The laser service was very good, and the specialist, Katrina, was knowledgeable and professional.
The reception staff member, Deema, was helpful and cooperative.
Overall, it was a great experience. I hope there will be better offers or promotions for full-body laser

I went to cosmosurge after very long time. Their service became very low. I did derma pen and it was bad in comparison to previous years.

They gave me appointment at 2:30 and I did not start till 3:00 and every 15-30 minutes they left me alone. I finished at 4:20 pm while it should not take that much of time.

The level of service became very low.
