I went to cosmosurge after very long time. Their service became very low. I did derma pen and it was bad in comparison to previous years.

They gave me appointment at 2:30 and I did not start till 3:00 and every 15-30 minutes they left me alone. I finished at 4:20 pm while it should not take that much of time.

The level of service became very low.

HORRIBLE experience with Dr Manar elazizi at Baniyas Branch Super unprofessional and disrespectful. Shouts and screams at patients And her work is bad to begin with . the doctor refuses to take accountability for this complete violation of basic morals and ethics because she doesn’t respect her patients after messing their faces up
