I visited Luneire Clinic at Bawabat Al Sharq today with my colleague, who was there as a model. Upon arrival, I informed the receptionist that I was not interested in being a model, but I wanted to consult with the doctor because I am interested in Botox treatment and possibly fillers in the future.
When I entered the consultation room, the doctor was eating nuts and appeared distracted and uninterested. She immediately asked if I was the model. I explained that I was interested in Botox. She replied that they do not film Botox procedures. I clarified again that I was not there as a model. She then briefly offered me a package for AED 1,100 without properly assessing my needs or concerns.
I asked the doctor to evaluate my face and advise what treatment would be suitable for me, but she again asked whether I was the model. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and disappointed by the interaction, so I thanked her and left.
As a potential client genuinely interested in your services, I found this experience unprofessional and disappointing. I expected a proper consultation, attention, and professional guidance rather than feeling dismissed and misunderstood throughout the visit. Show less »
