I cannot express enough gratitude for being in the hands of Dr. Federico Di Francesco. I came to him with a serious medical condition—one that had taken over a year to unfold—leading to a significant loss of tissue and fat around my lips. As a result, I was left with almost no lips, and the surrounding area became saggy and covered in deep wrinkles (what I called my "barcode").

I had consulted multiple plastic surgeons, but given that this was my face—such a visible and delicate area—I was hesitant. I needed to be absolutely sure I was in the hands of someone I could trust, someone who wouldn’t make things worse or cause irreparable damage. I was feeling incredibly low, my self-esteem had plummeted, and I was desperate for a solution.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Federico stood out. He wasn’t just another surgeon trying to sell procedures—he genuinely cared about my well-being. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, giving me realistic expectations rather than making empty promises. He told me upfront that I had to wait at least six months before any intervention, which was difficult to hear, but it turned out to be the best advice ever.

I trusted him blindly and followed his recommendations. When the time came, we started with two sessions of fat transfer to restore and regenerate the affected area—like watering a dry plant to bring it back to life. He guided me through the entire process with exceptional care, explaining every step, including what to expect during recovery. My case was extremely complex, but not once did he give me false hope.

The fat transfer helped rebuild the area, making it less saggy and more natural-looking. As he had explained, this step wasn’t about adding volume but about regeneration. After waiting another few months, we finally moved on to fillers, and the results were nothing short of life-changing. The transformation was so emotional that I cried—finally seeing myself again, as I was before my medical issues began.

Dr. Federico also suggested a small amount of Botox on my upper lip. At first, I was unsure, worried it might alter my expression, but he reassured me. He was absolutely right—it didn’t change my expression at all but instead helped stabilize the area, making the results even more effective.

This journey has been both medical and deeply personal, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to guide me through it. Dr. Federico is a true professional—honest, reliable, and incredibly skilled. My Halo Laser/Micropeel Laser Journey with Dr. Mouza for Scar Treatment

14-Mar-25 - Consultation:
Clinic charges 400+ for the consultation alone but gets waived when you avail of their service/s. Salma was very friendly and welcoming. She explained to me well their packages. It’s ramadan so they have really very good offers. I was seen by Dr. Mouza on time for my appointment. No waiting. Dr. is very accommodating. Felt comfortable discussing my concern with her and she clearly explained to me the treatment plan - halo laser and microlaser peel combo. 3 sessions. Package costs 2500+AED and they accept Tabby. This is a very reasonable price for me as other clinics I asked cost more. Dr. also gave me pre-treatment instructions. Overall Experience: 10/10

24-Mar-2025 - Session 1 Halo Laser
I went to the clinic with a clean face. No moisturizer or powder or anything. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and a nurse.
Preparation:
Numbing cream was applied and the nurse kept checking on me for any discomfort (which I did not feel any). While waiting for the effect, Dr. Mouza came to see me, asked if I have any questions about the procedure. I asked few and she clearly gave me answers. 30-40mins later, nurse gently removed/cleaned the numbing cream on my face.
Treatment proper:
I was moved to another room where the laser machine was. Dr. showed and explained to me the machine to be used. Checked my face where the scars were. Laid down on the bed and was informed when the treatment was about to start. Contrary to what I have watched and read, surprisingly the treatment was not painful at all and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment. Session lasted around 30mins. Post-care treatment was discussed to me by Dr. The nurse had this cooling fan on my face for few minutes to lessen the burning sensation which I can say was bearable. I manage to drive home safely. Applied Mebo immediately when I got home as instructed by Dr. 5minutes after Mebo application, the burning sensation amazingly disappeared! I did not even had to use the handheld fan and the cooling face roll I bought.😄 Overall Experience: 10/10

25-Mar-25 - Day 1 post-treatment
It’s now Day 1 post treatment and the redness already subsided. I only see patches of redness now. No pain. No discomfort. Washed my face with mineral water, applied Mebo and sunscreen. Now about to WFH.👩‍💻 I am scheduled for a return visit with Dr. after 3days.

Parking: Free Valet so very convenient for clients with car.

I will try to update this review for the result.
But based on my experience so far, I highly recommend this clinic. The place and the staff are just amazing.❤️

Follow-up with Dr. Mouza - 27-Mar-25
3days after my 1st session, I revisited Dr. for the evaluation of my post-laser skin condition. My skin is healing well. We compared the pre and post laser pictures she took. I see a positive response of my skin and my scars to the treatment and I was told that this will even get better in 1-3mos time. I truly appreciate Dr. for her knowledge and expertise. She truly cares in resolving my skin concerns. She recommended to me the best products to use and was advised of the do’s and dont’s again to achieve the best result. I also expressed my other concerns on my undereye and she had recommended another personalized treatment plan to address them. I love the idea that she offers only the best treatments to address my specific concerns and not to lure me in buying so many treatments. I was given a good offer to resolve/improve my undereye concern.
