They use the Candela GentleMax Pro, which is exactly the machine I was looking for. The front office does push the upselling quite a bit (miscellaneous services and they tried to charge me for shaving even though I said I probably covered 90% of it and just maybe missed hard to reach areas), but honestly, the service and the deal I got were too good to pass up.
